Session Agreement (current)

Booking Retainer:
Booking Retainers are non-refundable and will be applied to any photography package for up to one (1) year from contract date. After one (1) year all contracts are void and deposit is forfeited on all photo sessions not scheduled and completed.   
Cancellation Policy:
Once initial photo session is booked client has 48 hours to reschedule without any penalty. After 48 hours a re-booking of $75 will be assessed and be payable at time of scheduling. If you cancel with in 24 hours of your session deposit will be forfeited.  
Any appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation, and will be subject to a re- booking fee. 
Digital Images Sales Policy

Digital images are not included in package prices. Digital images may be purchased for a separate fee. Sales of edited digital images are made during sales sessions at the studio.
Pricing Policy and Sales Process
◆ The customer agrees to return to the studio in approximately 7-10 days to select images to purchase. In the event the customer cannot return to the studio within 60 days the photographer will choose any included items on the clients behalf and mail to the address on file.  There are no online galleries available.

◆ Session fees vary, starting at $225. Products are available for purchase during your sale session. Client is responsible for all service and products provided.
