Album/Product Approval Process

Instructions:You will log onto your personal website and review the ALBUM PROOF folder to see your design. To proceed with the approval process and order, please review and acknowledge the following in this form. Submit form.

Policy on changes/revisions to Album/Product:
We allow 1 free revision, this is equal to up to 5 changes in an album or product. Any changes after the free revision will be at $25.00 per change. If you ask for a change to just see what it looks like there will be a charge to make the change, and a charge to change it back if you want to revert to the original. Changes will be done through our online process. If you need to come into the studio to revise your album the fee is $125.00 with a minimum of 1 hour.

FAQ on layouts:

Album Pages: you are looking at a 2-page spread.
Album Covers: You are looking at a front and a back cover with a spine in the middle.
Proof boxes: you are looking at the full cover front and back in one image. The spine appears to be upside down, but when the box folds it will be in the correct position.
Cards and announcements: You are looking at the full document, front and back in one image.

APPROVAL:
Once you have approved your products and designs, Kat Mack Photography will print with your items.

VERY IMPORTANT:
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CHANGED. ANY CHANGES AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED WILL RESULT IN A REORDER AT FULL PRICE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
